Wild Calm Counselling offers a warm and compassionate space where you can feel heard, supported, and accepted exactly as you are. Gentle, person-centred counselling is offered for adults navigating grief, loss and life’s changes.
Whether you are experiencing grief, anxiety, change, overwhelm, or something that feels difficult to put into words, therapy can offer space to pause, reflect, and begin making sense of what you are carrying.
You do not need to have everything figured out before you come. We begin wherever you are.

How we can work together
I’m Rebecca, a person-centred counsellor and registered member of the BACP.
My work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience, particularly in the areas of grief and loss. These experiences have taught me the importance of having a space where all parts of you are welcome, the parts that feel strong and the parts that feel fragile, the parts that have words and the parts that do not.
I offer a warm, accepting relationship where you can explore your inner world at your own pace, using words, creative exploration, or a mixture of both.
